DESCRIPTION:BCD offers a monthly gathering for those who want to engage in mindful reflection and find practical ways to be more involved in making change happen. \nOur gatherings take place on the third Wednesday of each month from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. EST. \nWe start with a meditation\, after which we briefly share what came up for us.
